Location: Remote

Required Skills & Experience: • 2+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, with a strong preference for experience with Medicaid/Medicare programs. • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. • 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for dashboard development and reporting. • Experience with GIS/mapping tools (ArcGIS, QGIS) for geographic access analysis. • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and quality metrics. Key Responsibilities: • Data Analysis & Reporting: • Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to member utilization, provider performance, and program effectiveness. • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards program goals. • Analyze provider network data to assess adequacy, identify gaps in service delivery, and support network development initiatives. • Statistical Modeling: • Utilize statistical techniques (e.g., regression analysis, predictive modeling) to forecast trends, identify risk factors, and inform data-driven decision-making. • Compliance & Quality Monitoring: • Support compliance efforts by analyzing data to identify potential issues and track key performance metrics related to quality of care, member satisfaction, and regulatory requirements. • Prepare and submit required reports to state and federal agencies. • Geographic Access Analysis: • Utilize GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) to analyze geographic access to care, identify underserved populations, and support the development of effective service delivery models. • Project Support: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., clinical, operations, network development) to support the successful implementation and ongoing management • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed. Qualifications: • Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software. • Experience with Python or R (preferred).
