Job Description:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for our clients. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities: • Enter and update financial data into company databases with precision. • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy. • Maintain confidentiality and security of client information. • Assist in preparing reports and summaries as needed. • Collaborate with the team to streamline data entry processes.

Qualifications: • Proven experience in data entry, preferably in accounting or finance. • Strong typing skills and accuracy. • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
