As a Live Chat Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their travel inquiries and providing exceptional service via live chat. You will be responsible for responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
 Engage with customers through live chat to resolve inquiries and provide information
 Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate and helpful answers in a timely manner
 Assist customers with booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services
 Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
 Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements
