The Consumer Insights, Measurement, and Analytics (CIMA) organization at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts is seeking a skilled professional to join the Disneyland Resort Consumer Insight Team. This role focuses on leveraging data analytics to inform strategic development and enhance the Guest experience across Disneyland Resort Hotels and VIP Tours. The position requires a blend of analytical skills, project management, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to drive business decisions and foster long-term loyalty among guests.
Responsibilities
 Create fact-based insights by mining and analyzing data to test hypotheses and summarize information for actionable conclusions.

 Proactively gather a holistic understanding of the strategic context to inform impactful solutions.

 Lead consumer insight projects with accountability, managing all phases of the research process including needs identification, methodology design, and presentation of results.

 Foster relationships with internal partners and manage external vendor relationships to influence and lead specific work-streams.

 Communicate findings in a compelling way to stakeholders.
Requirements
 Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in consumer insights, marketing/sales, market research, strategic planning, or new product development.

 Experience in project management and data analytics, proficient with tools such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
,
 Experience in quantitative and qualitative research and statistical techniques.
,
 Expertise in Excel or Sheets and presentation software like PowerPoint or Keynote.

 Ability to partner and work well with multiple levels of the organization.
,
 Strong attention to detail while keeping business goals in mind.

 Comfortable advocating for consumers and sharing a point of view.
