WeÂre looking for a driven, fearless, and hungry sales lover to help us push PodPitch into its next phase of growth. This role is not for everyone. ItÂs for the person who wants moreÂmore responsibility, more ownership, and more results.
WeÂre a scrappy, fast-growing team with a big vision, and we need someone ready to build from the ground up. What YouÂll Do:
 90% of your time will be leading sales calls (via Zoom/Google Meet) with pre-qualified prospects that have been emailed and booked for you by an SDR on our team.
 10% of the time will be improving the process to close more of these calls.
 Work closely with the founders and be involved in high-level strategy
 Don't worry  we already close about 1/3 of these calls, so you'll hit the ground running with a proven process.
What You Can do:
 Be the first point of contact for prospects. YouÂll own outreach  crafting compelling emails, managing cold calls, and creating a pipeline of high-quality leads.
 Book demos with qualified prospects. Your goal is to get decision-makers on the phone and show them how PodPitch can revolutionize their outreach process.
 Help build out and refine our sales process. We move fast, and weÂre not afraid to experiment. YouÂll be a critical part of shaping how we grow.
