Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher for a fully remote role. As a Special Education teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with various learning, emotional, mental, and physical disabilities by providing individualized instruction and working collaboratively with other educational staff.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students • Provide direct instruction and support to students with special needs • Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other support staff • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of student performance

Qualifications: • Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field • Active Delaware Licensure in Special Education • Experience working in virtual or traditional special education settings • Strong understanding of special education laws and IEP processes • Proficiency in using virtual learning platforms and technology tools • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
