About the job
As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, live chat, and email communication channels.
Your primary focus will be to assist our clients with any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our services.
This is a freelance position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:  Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services  Assist customers with any technical issues they may encounter  Process customer orders and payments  Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner  Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience  Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions  Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
Qualifications:  Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written  Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail  Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills  Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends  Previous experience in a remote or freelance role is a plus
