What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Contribute to the recruitment and mobility policy aligned with the company's development areas
 Implement the recruitment process by establishing job definitions and candidate profiles
 Manage the recruitment process, including pre-selection, interviews, and contract proposals
 Monitor recruitment activities and ensure updates on management tools for processing resumes and CVs
 Manage school relations by participating in trainee selection and communicating with target schools
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Typically requires a bachelorÂs degree
 At least 4-5 years of experience in a relevant field
 Strong understanding of recruitment and mobility processes
 Excellent communication and organizational skills
 Ability to manage and support a team if in a management role
