Theme Park Experience Services - Part Time
Posted 2025-04-06We are looking for individuals with strong customer service experience in a call center environment for our Theme Park Experience Services role. Cast Members will provide outstanding Guest Service, while demonstrating strong Disneyland Resort knowledge and technical skills to assist Guests with the Disneyland Resort App, website and other theme park information via phone or live chat.
Responsibilities :
Theme Park Experience Services Cast Members are knowledgeable about Disneyland Resort theme parks, policies, and products to provide exceptional Disney service to Guests. A typical day includes assisting Guests with back-to-back phone call and simultaneous chats/messages, in a call center environment. We use multiple software systems and tools to assist Guests with a variety of Resort information and provide technical support for the online experience.
Job Functions include, but are not limited to:
 Providing Resort information and Guest assistance relating to Theme Parks, Downtown Disney District, and Resort Hotels
 Support the Guest online experience by assisting with theme park tickets, including ticket upgrades, special event tickets and booking theme park reservations
 Actively listening to Guest concerns to understand, and resolve the situation using the appropriate methods and tools provided
 Account, website and App technical support and troubleshooting
 Provide general assistance with Guests' MyDisney account such as account creation, lookup, and password resets
 Theme Park reservations including modifying and cancelling reservations
 Assisting Guests with linking tickets, theme park reservations, dining reservations
 Magic Key Member Services
 General Support
 Magic Key online purchases
 Magic Key theme park reservations
 Support Magic Key holders with monthly payments
Basic Qualifications :
 Skilled at troubleshooting technical questions and providing technical walkthroughs
 Previous sales experience
 Experience using a computer such as the web, social media, mobile applications, e-mail, or chat applications and/or supporting customers using these applications
 Ability to remain empathetic and positive when handling difficult Guest concerns and match the tone of the conversation
 Knowledgeable about the Disneyland® Resort and sharing detailed knowledge and information of theme parks, Downtown Disney District and Resort Hotels
 Proven ability to explain products and services
 Strong verbal and written communication skills
 Able to work independently and use the resources provided to address Guest needs
Preferred Qualifications:  Previous customer service call center experience  Previous technical support call center experience  Detailed knowledge of Disneyland Resort and product offerings  Previous experience using computer and computer applications in day-to-day job duties
Additional Information :
This position works onsite at the Disneyland Resort Travel Sales Center
SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.

The pay rate for this role in California is $25.50 per hour.
