Position Focus:
Build relationships throughout the local community to raise awareness of and funding for PRG.

Our new Community Engagement Coordinator will be spreading the word about Pink Ribbon Good and developing relationships throughout the Cincinnati community. TheyÂll be organizing activities for our survivors, putting on fundraising events, rallying volunteers and showcasing it all on our social channels. Responsibilities:  Assist the Regional Manager in developing, implementing and evaluating a comprehensive community engagement program to create brand awareness and increase fundraising through community events.  Work with the corporate marketing team to ensure that the Dayton region is being well represented on PRGÂs social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.  Assist with monthly in-person peer support events for PRG clients.  Build relationships with key strategic networks in the region, i.e., schools, businesses, chambers, etc.  Plan and execute fundraising events with community partners.  Represent PRG at regional community events. Please note, some of these are nights and weekends.  Recruit volunteers, create volunteer opportunities and manage the volunteer community; create and maintain a volunteer ambassador program.  Use technology and data to inform the Development team of engagement strategies and record the success of each touchpoint within RaiserÂs Edge database.  Manage relationships and track fundraising  Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:  BachelorÂs degree preferred  2 to 5 years of experience required, related field preferred  Impressive ability to develop relationships; with experience working with community-based organizations strongly preferred  Proven fundraising success and demonstrates the ability to work productively and discreetly with sensitive issues and confidential information  Self-starter, innovator, results-driven with ability to meet short- and long-term business goals  Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks with deadlines  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; customer service-oriented and excellent listening skills  Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and other word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications; familiarity with RaiserÂs Edge a plus  Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds to a height of 3-4 feet for various events  Must possess a current valid driverÂs license and current automobile insurance  Passionate about the PRG mission
Work Environment:
This is a full time position with hours 9am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday working remotely from your home in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Pink Ribbon GoodÂs headquarters are in Dayton, Ohio.
