Posted 2025-04-06A global specialty chemical manufacturer seeks an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth across US markets. This position offers remote work flexibility with required travel.
Key Responsibilities::  Drive business development initiatives within the US market  Develop market and sales strategies to enhance customer base  Drive sales of specialty silane products across rubber processing, composite materials, adhesives, coatings, and related industries  Develop and maintain key customer relationships throughout USA  Conduct market analysis and research to identify growth opportunities  Collaborate with technical support team to provide comprehensive customer solutions  Manage distributor relationships and develop cooperation strategies
Requirements:  Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or related field  10+ years of sales and/or business development experience in specialty chemicals industry  Experience working with silane products (non-negotiable)  Proven track record in CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers) markets  Extensive customer network in relevant industries  Fluent English required  Willingness to travel up to 10+ days per month  Experience managing relationships with 50+ end customers  Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications::  Direct experience selling silane products  Multi-country/regional sales experience  Knowledge of European chemical distribution networks
