Position:
The Work Force Administrator will be responsible for providing customer service to the employees, company business units, and management.Ã Also, ensuring employees have access to accurate and timely data, systems and information to enable self-service, and HR requests are resolved within predefined time frames.
Core Responsibilities:  Responsible for processing HR transactions, answering questions, resolving problems, and providing support and services to employees, managers and HR professionals  Update and maintain the Human Resources HCM System by entering employee personal data, change-of-status, termination of employment, etc., ensuring data accuracy  Perform the actions necessary to ensure compliance to following regulatory governance is sustained, (i.e. generating background checks and adjudications, verifying and completing Form I-9 documentation and E-Verify for New Hires, Administer Wage & Theft Act, Sanction Check Program and State Hire/Termination Letter requirement)  Provide vendor support for escalated unemployment claims  Employment verifications and requests for credentialing  Facilitate workforce planning and capacity management initiatives  Update and maintain HR Operations procedures & forms  Continually review and take initiative to improve processes to achieve best practices by maximizing efficiencies  Compile, review, and submit various employee and contingent worker data reports as needed  Performs other duties as required
Requirements:  Bachelorsâ degree or equivalent 2+ yearsâ experience in Human Resources  Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office tools aka Word, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)  Experience processing large batches of data and high-level report processing
Preferred Qualifications:  Experience with Human Resource systems (i.e., Workday)  Experience using Sterling background check system  Professional and customer focused approach dealing with confidential matters and information  Effective communication at all levels within the organization  Ability to work independently as well as within a team  Ability to demonstrate and combine a methodical and organized approach to work situations with a high level of attention to detail  Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment  Customer Service oriented and great phone presence
