Document Management Transcriptionist

To scan and index documents to an electronic format in an accurate and efficient manner and to transcribe dictation.
Duties:
 To transcribe dictation as necessary which includes but is not limited to office visits, home visits, letters, reports, forms, etc. within 72 hours of receipt of the dictation.
 Operate internal scanning equipment and indexing software
 Assist with preload data being entered, and scanning and manual entry
 Assist with document management projects as needed
 All other duties as assigned
Compensation
Starts at $16 per hour. PHN recognizes experience, education and location when determining pay.
Location and Hours of Position
The general office hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5PM.
The position is located in Sharon, PA
Education/Experience Requirements
 High school diploma or GED.
 Minimum of 1 year work experience in an office setting using a computer/computer equipment.
 Type 75 or more words per minute.
Qualifications:  Computer proficient  Ability to learn quickly  Good organizational and planning skills  Team player with ability to communicate
