The Customer Service Representative  Seasonal (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clientÂs products and/or services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative  Seasonal working from home, you will:
 Provide inbound customer support
 Help customers resolve technical issues
 Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
 Offer additional products and/or services
 Deliver expert customer experiencesÂ

Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative  Seasonal (Remote) role include:  1+ year of customer service experience  A high school diploma or GED  A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home  Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge  Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking  Eagerness to learn new technologies  Computer Requirements:  Bring your own device  This position does not loan equipment  Device must be a desktop or laptop computer (No Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, mobile phones, etc.)  Operating System: Windows 10+, MacOS 10.15, or MacOS 12  RAM: 8GB or higher  Processor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher  Internet Requirements:  DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable)  Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher  While working, you will be required to hardwire with an ethernet cable  Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
