Description:
• Conduct in-person training sessions on Operation Vulcan Logic, focusing on the Risk Management Framework (NIST 800-37 r2) and its implementation.
• Content Development: Create and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and case studies.
• Tailor training sessions to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assess the effectiveness of training through feedback and metrics and adjust content as necessary.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on cyber security best practices, frameworks, and operational procedures.
• Provide post-training support and guidance to participants, addressing questions and assisting with practical implementation challenges.
• Work closely with instructional designers, content developers, and other trainers to enhance training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Provide support and guidance to learners throughout their training journey.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative training methods and technologies.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of DoD Cybersecurity Policies, Information Security, NIST, and the Risk Management Framework. • Engineering background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Tools. PowerPoint skills a must.
