 Are you a fluent English speaker with a knack for engaging with people over the phone?
 Join ITSA Media as a Remote Outbound Call Center Agent and play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts.
 This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
 Using scripts to provide information about productÂs features, prices etc. and present their benefits over the phone.
 Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
 Ask pertinent questions to understand the customerÂs requirements.
 Making calls according to a script that is assigned to each campaign that you are calling.
 You may also see further information about the contact and the client.
 Reaching the assigned number of calls per campaign on a daily basis.
 Following our Call Center standards and targets to maintain our quality service.
 Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics, including call volume and conversion rates.
Requirements: Â Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner. Â Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively in a remote setting. Â Flexible schedule availability to work variable shifts, including weekends. Â Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to making calls. Â A desktop or laptop computer with a speaker/microphone (either integrated or as a headset), a reliable internet connection and a quiet room.
