Description:  Leads a team of Campaign Design professionals  Manages resource allocations based on business value  Sets objectives and standards of performance for the team  Provides framework for team learning and ongoing development  Resolves issues and removes hurdles in the work  Optimizes talent and capabilities to drive improvements  Solves complex problems, identifying innovative solutions  Drives Campaign Design continuous improvement  Responsible for consistently meeting campaign execution timelines  Supervises the accuracy and compliance of marketing materials  Responsible for strategic management of vendor partners  Partners with team to prioritize work across functions  Ensures delivery of regular workflow reporting Requirements:  BachelorÂs degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field  Advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience  6-8+ years of related experience  Experience leveraging relational databases in campaign designs  Knowledge and experience with CRM tools (Unica, Salesforce)  Strong management experience  Marketing operations leadership experience preferred  Demonstrated experience in planning, managing and directing employees and/or external vendors  Experience in multi-channel campaign strategies (direct mail, digital)  Proven ability to communicate business and technical information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing  Effectively mediate in situations where conflict arises and understands how and when to escalate issues Benefits:  medical  dental  vision  employee assistance program  life insurance  disability plans  parental leave  paid time off  401k  tuition reimbursement
