Description: • Leads a team of Campaign Design professionals • Manages resource allocations based on business value • Sets objectives and standards of performance for the team • Provides framework for team learning and ongoing development • Resolves issues and removes hurdles in the work • Optimizes talent and capabilities to drive improvements • Solves complex problems, identifying innovative solutions • Drives Campaign Design continuous improvement • Responsible for consistently meeting campaign execution timelines • Supervises the accuracy and compliance of marketing materials • Responsible for strategic management of vendor partners • Partners with team to prioritize work across functions • Ensures delivery of regular workflow reporting Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field • Advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience • 6-8+ years of related experience • Experience leveraging relational databases in campaign designs • Knowledge and experience with CRM tools (Unica, Salesforce) • Strong management experience • Marketing operations leadership experience preferred • Demonstrated experience in planning, managing and directing employees and/or external vendors • Experience in multi-channel campaign strategies (direct mail, digital) • Proven ability to communicate business and technical information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing • Effectively mediate in situations where conflict arises and understands how and when to escalate issues Benefits: • medical • dental • vision • employee assistance program • life insurance • disability plans • parental leave • paid time off • 401k • tuition reimbursement
