Part-Time Hybrid Administrative Coordinator

Location: Metro Delaware area (must have reliable transportation)
Company: H&S Enterprise, Inc. (parent company of H&S Impact Group and H&S Construction & Supply LLC)

H&S Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Hybrid Administrative Coordinator to support the operations of both H&S Impact Group and H&S Construction & Supply LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, calendar management, and administrative tasks. This role will act as a key point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: • Coordinate and help implement company programs and events. • Perform basic accounting tasks (QuickBooks experience is a plus). • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings. • Make travel arrangements as needed. • Organize and maintain company documents in updated filing systems. • Address employees' and clients' queries via email, phone, or in-person. • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports. • Perform occasional personal assistant duties. • Additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator, or similar role. • Experience with event planning and calendar management. • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). • Basic math skills and experience with bookkeeping. • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • A team player with a high level of professionalism. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite • Knowledge of project coordination practices would be beneficial

Requirements: • Must reside in the metro Delaware area. • Reliable transportation is required. • At least 5 years of experience in support and business operations. • Experience in Bookkeeping preferred.

Schedule:

Flexible work from home schedule with some need to run errands. meet with vendors and coordinate events.
• Monday to Friday- some weekends for special events
• Hybrid role with some in-person work required
