Description
The RoleWe are looking for an Associate Director to join our US practice, to lead medium size projects or lead major strands on some of our larger projects. An Associate Director within our operating model team would have relevant experience of operating model and organisational design will be highly beneficial.
Our operating model team support clients who are undergoing significant change, helping to re-evaluate and enhance real estate functions and improve internal reputation.
In such a role, you will be expected to work independently and will be managing and coaching more junior team members and reporting directly to clients at a senior level. In addition, our Associate Directors actively contribute to our thriving business' life and culture as well as lead on business development areas.
What will you be doing?
 Lead in the development of operating models, organisation design and associated supporting activities such as developing governance models, role profiles and value chains
 Recognise the need for change management and use the right skills and tools to ensure the smooth implementation of transformation in a client environment
 Lead medium sized engagements or large workstreams within engagements
 Manage an Incendium team, coach junior members and manage client resources as part of projects
 Support business development activities for the Operating Model practice area and the wider team, including the development of strategies and supporting the management of key client relationships
