Marketing and Communications Associate (Part-Time)

OTHSolutions is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a part-time marketing and communications associate. This multidisciplinary role will be focused on expanding OTHSolutions' digital footprint; increasing awareness of products, services, and capabilities; and promoting a proud, inclusive, and expert corporate culture across diverse stakeholder groups. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Draft LinkedIn content
• Manage corporate engagement with relevant organizations and individuals on LinkedIn
• Proactively update website content as needed

Minimum qualifications required for the position include:
• 5+ years experience and education in marketing for the government contract community
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently to design, implement, and evolve marketing campaigns
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exhibits strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with management
• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities at once
• Must possess strong emotional intelligence and work ethic
• Enjoys a team-oriented environment, but able to function independently
• Takes ownership of projects and can prioritize assignments
• U.S. citizenship

Preferred qualifications for the position include:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital/graphic software such as Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, Canva, or equivalent tools
• Familiarity with the national/homeland security and government consulting industry

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote
