Job Description The Account Executive (Mid-Market) is an individual contributor role responsible for actively pursuing leads on future MoxiWorks clients and building outstanding relationships with prospects. You will be managing the full sales cycle of deals in our hyper-growing mid-market space. Responsibilities:  Maintain and apply a high level of knowledge of our products  Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas  Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly cold call targets  Identify, qualify, and close new and upsell business opportunities  Coordinate lead generation activities with Sales Development Representatives  Use your consulting and presenting skills to demonstrate tailored product solutions based on individual customer needs  Use your ability to consult and build relationships to manage multiple decision-makers throughout the sales cycle  Create and maintain a real-time accurate database of prospective clients in Salesforce  Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to ensure customers are delighted throughout the entire customer experience  Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer and/or Head of Sales on sales goals, planning and forecasting, and maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans  Travel across the US as required Qualifications Qualifications:  2+ years of successful SaaS sales or inside sales experience required  Previous measurable achievements in previous sales roles  Entrepreneurial and coachable mindset  Passion and ability to educate on next-generation technology in the real estate industry  Ability to focus while working in an active, high-energy, and dynamic work environment with grit, determination and a Challenger mentality  Ability to easily connect with people on the phone, build trust, learn challenges through quality questions and active listening  Extraordinary verbal, written, and presentation skills  Real Estate experience (as agent or selling/servicing solutions to the industry) is strongly preferred  BS/BA Degree preferred  Prior inside sales, business development, and Salesforce experience a plus Additional Information MoxiWorks offers a competitive salary and a full list of benefits including:  Medical/Dental/Vision  Life insurance with medical coverage  Employee Assistance Program with medical coverage  Paid Time Off  11 paid holidays  Paid day off for your birthday  Bereavement & jury duty paid leave  Paid time off when you move  Matching 401(K) (Traditional and/or Roth) up to 4%, matched on a pay period basis, fully vested first of the month following hire  Complimentary access to a third-party financial advisor  Employee Stock Option Plan  Continuing education reimbursement  Fully-funded ORCA card (if Seattle-based)  Community service activities  Company and team events  Fully stocked break room (Seattle office) If you're looking for an amazing community, check out MoxiWorks.
