Position Overview: WeÂre seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant to support high-level CEOs and assist with managing various tasks and projects for multiple clients. This is a contracted, 100% remote position. Ideal candidates should have experience working directly with executives, managing operations, and handling various business functions, such as inbox management, project and task management, systems implementation, and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities:  Provide high-level executive support to CEOs and business owners  Organize, prioritize, and respond to emails efficiently using tools like Missive to maintain a clean and organized inbox for clients  Organize and optimize clientÂs ChatGPT for easy retrieval and creation of information  Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination across multiple time zones  Handle various online tasks, including purchasing items, coordinating deliveries, and booking services  Manage task assignments and deadlines to track progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables  Organize and maintain digital filing systems, setting up efficient systems for file storage and retrieval  Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation  Assist with planning and execution of personal projects and tasks  Set up and manage systems and tools to improve efficiency  Oversee client projects, ensuring timely execution and results delivery  Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges  Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication  Document workflows and create standard operating procedures (SOPs)  Schedule and post content on social platforms  Edit and post video content as needed  Uphold The Savvy OBMÂs values of Excellence, Integrity, Efficiency, and Respect in all client interactions Qualifications - Who WeÂre Looking For:  A rockstar Executive Assistant with 2+ years of experience supporting high-level CEOs or executives  Experience working with multiple clients in a remote, fast-paced environment  Strong initiative, a quick learner, and ability to work independently with minimal oversight  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  A problem-solver with keen attention to detail who is always looking to improve processes  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Asana, Missive, and ChatGPT  A quick learner with an open mind and growth mindset  Tech Savvy and interested in expanding knowledge when it comes to AI and new technologies  Honest and communicative, maintaining transparency and clarity in interactions  Trustworthy, managing sensitive information with discretion  Assertive when needed, ensuring tasks and responsibilities are completed effectively  Looking for a long term partnership  Bonus: Knowledgeable on advertising through social media platforms like Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Requirements:  Must be 18 or older and reside within the U.S.  Previous experience working 100% remote  US-based applicants only Why Join Us?
