About The Role
As a Director, Digital Strategy, you will be driving performance, guiding account teams and orchestrating growth for top advertisers. This role is for you if you relish managing client relationships, as well as guiding digital paid media strategy across paid search, social & programmatic (video and display) advertising. While managing client relationships youÂll be an account sponsor for some of our largest accounts while guiding digital paid media strategy with cross-channel integration and strategic activation of channels such as (but not limited to) search, social, display, video, ABM and affiliate.
We are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing who wants to join a fast-growing, fun digital agency that is hyper-focused on client performance and ROI. YouÂll be working at the intersection of online advertising execution and fast start up growth. The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to drive improvements in account performance, but also to manage and develop some of our awesome talent.
Responsibilities
 Serve as the main point of contact and client team lead for 2-3 clients with $500k/mo+ in ad spend
 Build, manage, and maintain the client relationship
 Revenue & retention responsibilities for your accounts
 Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning for your accounts
 Analyze performance data and KPIs
 Lead expansion into new digital paid media channels to facilitate growth
 Familiar with sensitive advertising groups such as cryptocurrency or healthcare
About You
The essentials:
 7+ years of paid performance digital marketing experience
 Deep familiarity working with B2B clients
 Experience forecasting and allocating digital marketing budgets across channels
 Comfortable digging into the weeds of reporting and ability to present best in class measurement strategies specific to your clients needs (familiarity with MTA, MMA, incrementality testing)
 Performance marketing specialist but familiar with upper funnel and brand marketing best practices
 You are a communication guru when presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences
 You frequently find yourself stepping into leadership roles and want those around you to succeed
 Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem
 ÂDriven and ÂInnovative are attributes commonly associated with you
 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
 Comfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as Salesforce

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting.
