Client Acquisition Specialist/High Ticket Sales Closer
Posted 2025-04-06We are looking for a client acquisition specialist who has experience in the marketing industry. You will play a vital role in expanding our client portfolio with both existing categories and new ones, and driving the growth of the agency. You should have experience working on medium to large deals and brokering successful relationships. Deep knowledge of marketing best practices and emerging trends preferred.
Responsibilities
 Taking an omnichannel approach to generate leads including email direct marketing, social media (Instagram and LinkedIn), and networking
 Develop relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs
 Present, promote and sell agency services
 Coordinate with team members and other departments
 Analyze the territory/marketÂs potential, track sales and status reports
 Draft client services agreements
 Coordinate and manage client hand-off to client services team and finance
 Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
 Continuously improve through feedback
 * Requirements
 5+ years of relevant client acquisition experience
 Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
 Experience or work in a professional services and agency environment preferred
 Working knowledge of CRM programs, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
 Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range
OTE of $120K - $160K+ (depending on experience)
