As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing product information in real-time through our online chat platform. This role requires a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to respond swiftly and accurately to a range of queries while fostering a positive experience. Responsibilities
 Engage customers through online chat to assist with inquiries and provide timely solutions
 Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions
 Document customer interactions and manage inquiries using CRM software
 Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality
 Monitor chat cues and respond actively to incoming messages
 Contribute to the development of FAQs and troubleshooting guides
 Proven experience in customer service or live chat support roles
 Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
 Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude
 Familiarity with CRM systems and chat software
 High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus
 Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
