Booking and Scheduling: Â Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services based on client preferences. Â Coordinate itineraries and ensure all bookings align with client schedules and budgetary considerations. Â Confirm bookings and send detailed itineraries to clients. Destination Knowledge: Â Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and safety information for various destinations. Â Offer insights and suggestions for travel experiences that match client interests. Administrative Tasks: Â Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions using our CRM system. Â Process payments and handle invoicing as needed.
