The Family Therapy Clinician position at Eliot Community Human Services involves providing in-home therapeutic services to families using the Wraparound model. The clinician will support clients in their diverse home environments, conducting diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. This role emphasizes empowering families, crisis intervention, and collaboration with various treatment providers to meet the complex needs of clients and their families.
Responsibilities
 Provide family-driven in-home therapeutic services through the Wraparound Approach.

 Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop strength-based treatment plans in collaboration with families.

 Support families through caregiver coaching sessions and evidence-based individual and family sessions.

 Assist caretakers during crises through crisis intervention and safety planning.

 Coordinate services with other treatment providers, including IHT Therapeutic Training and Support Workers, inpatient services, and primary care physicians.

 Maintain up-to-date medical records and insurance authorizations.

 Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support families outside of regular business hours.

 Meet weekly productivity targets and accommodate the scheduling needs of families.
Requirements
 Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field.

 Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
,
 1 year of experience working with families and children.
,
 Valid MA Driver's License.
Nice-to-haves
 Licensure as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.

 Experience with clinical skills and communication skills.

 Bilingual in English/Spanish.
