Description: Â The Director of Strategy, Planning, and Delivery partners closely with business, product, and technology stakeholders. Â Establishes and drives strategic planning processes and deliverables across technology portfolios. Â Develops and delivers communications and presentation materials expressing the value Online provides to our business. Â Leads a Technical Project Management office and teams driving large cross-functional initiatives. Â Actively manages portfolio-level financials and budgeting in concert with Finance and Product. Â Partners with key business stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in our agile delivery processes. Â Recruits and motivates a high-performing Technical Program Managers and supporting staff. Â Collaborates with stakeholders in Technology and across all levels of the enterprise. Â Creates and manages Online TechnologyÂs operating plan from strategy to delivery. Â Guides decision-making related to spending and scaling our teams. Requirements: Â Must be eighteen years of age or older. Â Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Â Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Â Working knowledge of Tableau. Â Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint). Â Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation. Â Demonstrated project management skills. Â Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers. Â Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Â Proficient in defining, communicating, and driving value propositions, success metrics, and outcomes. Â Proficient in shaping, aligning, and guiding execution of strategic direction for a domain or significant portfolio segment. Â Proficient in communicating, building influence, and developing relationships with functional and technical leaders, with high-level vendor partners, and across all levels in the organization. Â Proficient in selecting and leading strategic vendor relationships in partnership with Procurement, or acting as the primary point of contact for strategic partnerships. Â Proficient in managing and developing direct reports with their own span of control. Â Proficient in utilizing deep market and industry knowledge for a related portfolio segment or domain to achieve strategic objectives. Benefits: Â Located in a comfortable indoor area.
