As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. YouÂll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Â Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: Â High school diploma or equivalent (required). Some college or relevant certifications are a plus. Â Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Â Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software. Â Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries at once. Â A quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable internet access. Â Must be located in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Â Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, or online support). Â Experience with chat-based support systems.
