Responsibilities
 Provide general administrative support to the Managing Editorial department, including setting up meetings and maintaining calendars.

 Set up and maintain title metadata and schedules in SAP and FileMaker Pro.

 Approve covers for distribution and disseminate information regarding production schedules, on-sale dates, and prices.
,
 Coordinate reprint corrections and ensure accuracy in production.
,
 Create barcodes and review eBooks for formatting, content accuracy, and overall quality.
,
 Review contract status and royalty rates, and download files for various divisional needs.
,
 Attend weekly production meetings with Editorial, Copyediting, Design, and Production departments.
Requirements
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across various departments.

 Superb organizational and time management skills.

 Outstanding ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

 Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

 Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
