ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide service to patients in a professional manner. • Provide excellent, concise communication. • Learn and understand ETM software operation. • Learn and understand billing and account operations. • Answers and documents all telephone inquiries. • Research and resolve problems with patients bills. • Updates patients’ insurance coverage as needed. • Prints courtesy claims and itemized statements. • Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information. • Arranges financial agreements with patients using budget plan as needed. • Performs other duties and assignments as requested.
