 Enter data into spreadsheets to track various business operations and client information.
 Call treatment centers to schedule appointments for presentations, promoting the program to potential partners.
 Make phone calls to treatment centers to arrange appointments with discharge coordinators for follow-up discussions.
 Assist in organizing and maintaining files for easy access and clarity.
 Order supplies from Amazon or other websites, ensuring all necessary items are procured for smooth operations.
 Compare prices across different vendors to ensure the best value for products and services.
 Input client data into appropriate systems and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
 Ensure all bills for six properties are on autopay and accurately recorded in spreadsheets for financial tracking.
 Monitor rent payments to confirm timely receipt for all properties.
 Gather client reviews when possible to assess program feedback and improve services.
 Provide additional support in completing various duties as needed, ensuring efficient operations across the organization.
Skill Set
 Previous administrative experience in a similar role or environment.  Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.  Reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.  Advanced knowledge of Excel, with the ability to manage data and create spreadsheets effectively.
