We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and supportive Virtual Assistant who can handle a variety of tasks efficiently and professionally while aligning with Ryan's core values of:

This role requires someone who can handle a variety of tasks efficiently and professionally while respecting Ryan's personal values, faith, and priorities, as well as the importance of balancing work with his family and community commitments. An open-minded, positive, and collaborative attitude is essential.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
 Managing and prioritizing emails, drafting responses, and handling routine communications
 Scheduling and maintaining calendars, resolving conflicts, and handling urgent changes
 Researching and booking travel, creating itineraries, and managing changes as needed
 Preparing meeting summaries, distributing action items, and tracking follow-ups
 Conducting research and keeping documents organized for easy access
 Sending daily and end-of-day summaries with schedules, priorities, and deadlines
 Setting reminders, tracking tasks, and ensuring projects stay on schedule
 Monitoring communications, flagging urgent items, and following up as needed
 Keeping the executive organized by managing priorities, commitments, and deadlines
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Friendly, easygoing, and approachable
 Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and find solutions independently
 Flexible, adaptable, and focused, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining productivity

Position Details:
 This is a full-time remote W2 position
 Benefits include a $500 health reimbursement plan
 The position will be 40 hours per week
 Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 3:00/4:00 PM MT
 The pay rate is: $25/hour USD
 Occasional domestic travel (approx. 25%) will be needed for quarterly retreats and conferences
 You must be able to pass a background check
 We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
