Care Courses is a mission driven, adult continuing education distance-learning school. Together we make a difference in the lives of tens of thousands of early childhood educators and hundreds of thousands of children.
We are: A friendly, casual, small business. Our regular hours are 8:30-5:30 ET M-TH and 8:30-5 ET on Fridays.
We do: Train childcare providers in all 50 states and around the world through the internet, phone and mail. We work remotely from home, convening not more than two Âteam weeks a year in a shared office space in the Washington D.C. area.

Experience & Education:
 Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education (or in a related field with a minimum of 15 semester hours in child development/ECE) - MasterÂs (or Doctorate) degree preferred but not required.
 Minimum of 3 college credits in "early childhood development" and 3 college credits in "early childhood curriculum" covering infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
 Minimum four years paid work experience in a licensed child care setting with infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Additional experience with school age children is preferred but not required. This experience can be substituted with years of experience teaching at the college level about early childhood topics.
 Two years of experience teaching or training adults/college students.
 Must have taught one college-level course or CDA credential course (or the equivalent).
 Experience creating online training and curriculum for adults (preferred but not required)

Primary Responsibilities:  Review, proofread and support our education team with curriculum development  Create, update, and review professional development content for early childhood professionals using our learning management system  Grade online coursework  Work with students via phone and email  Answer incoming customer support phones phone calls and enters data while assistingassist customers when needed. We are a small team, and we all do some phone-answering, data entry, and related shared office administrative tasks.  Maintain alignment with, and respect for, the company values and vision  This role will require some travel for our team week(s) in the Washington D.C area and possibly for industry conferences in the U.S.  Other tasks as needed
