With paraprofessional support in the classroom, youll have the resources to provide individualized instruction and address diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in both Co-Teaching and Self-Contained settings • Manage a classroom environment where some students may exhibit aggressive behaviors, utilizing de-escalation techniques and positive behavior interventions • Collaborate with paraprofessionals, general education teachers, and families to ensure consistent student support • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed

Ideal Candidate:
• Valid Special Education certification
• Experience working with students with behavioral challenges or emotional needs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping students succeed

Pay Rate: $35-45/hour
