Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Intervention Specialist Teacher to join our esteemed team as an independent contractor. Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored for students with special needs.
• Collaborate effectively with parents, educators, and other professionals to design and execute strategies that align with students’ learning objectives.
• Provide personalized instruction through one-on-one and small group settings, customized to individual learning styles and requirements.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records reflecting student progress, assessments, and other pertinent documentation.
• Participate in virtual meetings, staff collaborations, and professional development sessions to enhance educational delivery.
• Ensure that students’ educational needs are addressed within a safe, nurturing, and respectful online learning atmosphere.

Required Skills
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with a strong commitment to working with students needing diverse learning approaches.
• Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Exceptional time management skills to function effectively as an independent contractor.

Qualifications
• Master's degree in Special Education or a related discipline.
• Ohio State certification in Special Education.
• Proven experience in creating and executing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
