We aim to shape our students into responsible global citizens, ready to contribute positively to their communities and the wider world.Responsibilities... - Plan and deliver lessons that meet the individual needs, interests, and abilities of students- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment- Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote a safe and productive classroom- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and administrators- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum- Utilize educational technology to enhance instruction- Provide early intervention support for students who may be struggling academically or behaviorally- Foster a love of reading by incorporating library services into the curriculumRequirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field- Valid teaching certification/license- Experience working with elementary, middle or high school-aged children- Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and instructional methods- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to write clear and concise lesson plans and reports- Experience with behavior management techniques- Experience tutoring or providing additional support to students with special needs, such as autismThis is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated educator to make a positive impact on the lives of elementary school students.
