This open-ended role provides HR, Payroll, and Benefits administration to backfill an employee on leave. Responsibilities include:
Payroll Administration:
 Prepare and audit weekly/biweekly payroll.
 Process personnel transactions (new hires, terminations, status changes, deductions, etc.).
 Audit time and attendance, reconcile variances, and process employee data changes.
 Ensure compliance with internal policies, government regulations, and state/federal laws.
 Address employee pay inquiries and administer payroll reports.
 Manage tax filings, employment verifications, garnishments, and liens.
HR Administration:
 Maintain and audit employee data and records for accuracy.
 Run compensation and HRIS reports.
 Support HR projects and services.
Qualifications: Â 5+ years of payroll experience with strong knowledge of Paylocity. Â In-depth understanding of state/federal employment laws and benefit processes. Â Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage priorities. Â Strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills. Â Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, including outside regular hours if needed.
