Description:
• Leads all aspects of developing, managing, and maintaining a network of qualified franchises and select independent automobile dealerships in the assigned market territories.
• Daily tasks include customer contact, marketing, relationship building and customer service for auto lending products/services.
• The DRM is expected to independently and effectively manage their defined territory to achieve all assigned production, efficiency and profitability objectives.
• Develop, manage and maintain productive relationships with qualified new car franchisees and select independent automobile dealership personnel.
• Promoting and selling organization's product line or services to new prospects or legacy customers within a targeted territory.
• Leading the selling opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.
• Preparing periodic reports of customer activity and gathering information to be used for sales forecasting and production.

Requirements: • Bachelors degree • Minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role with a prime lender, preferably a retail bank • This role is commission eligible
