Responsibilities
 Answer calls from business customers and provide technical support and direction

 Log and create customer incidents

 Escalate product and sales related questions to appropriate team members/departments
,
 Execute system maintenance and manage administrative tasks
,
 Follow up, troubleshoot, and escalate issues effectively
Requirements
 High aptitude for technology and learning new systems
,
 1-3 years of customer service experience
,
 High school diploma or GED
,
 Ability to work in an office environment and answer calls/respond to emails Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
,
 Professional demeanor
,
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
,
 Banking and/or Treasury experience is a plus
Nice-to-haves
 Prior banking or treasury management experience
