We're seeking a dedicated and seasoned Health Insurance Specialist to become part of the Chris Castanza Insurance Agency team. As a Health Insurance Specialist, your primary responsibility will involve offering advice and guidance to our policyholders regarding ACA and Medicare plans. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and fostering sales opportunities to surpass ambitious targets. Â Enjoy a fantastic work environment. Â Options for 401(k)/Roth IRA. Â Flexible hours with no weekends, evenings, or major holidays required. Â Operating hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Â Initial hourly compensation with progression to base salary plus commissions. Responsibilities: Â Stay informed on Medicare plans, products, and associated services to offer precise and dependable information to both prospective and existing customers. Â Handle Medicare/Medicaid applications and other relevant paperwork promptly and efficiently. Â Foster and sustain relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders to guarantee a favorable customer journey. Â Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Â Employ CRM systems for monitoring sales advancements and keeping customer records updated. Qualifications: Â High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. Â Must be able to pass a background check. Â Must get appointed with ACA and Medicare providers. Â Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Â If not licensed you must get licensed before you can start. We will assist with study materials. Compensation: $35,000 - $60,000+ yearly
