Spring EQ is hiring entry-level Home Equity Specialists who are interested in developing long-term, lucrative careers in the financial services industry. We are seeking dedicated, customer-oriented individuals to join our team who are committed to elevating a sales career in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
Spring EQÂs Loan Officer Development Program:
In the first 90 days, Home Equity Specialists focus their efforts solely on the Development Program. We value our team members and pay 100% of costs associated with training in addition to a competitive base salary. Our training program involves the following:
 Sales training to help you build rapport and successfully interact with prospective clients in our industry
 Software training to ensure that you are comfortable and proficient with all systems used by our Loan Officers
 Industry training in sales and operations to prepare you to become licensed and successfully sell loans
 Virtual and live classroom training and tools for the successful completion of all SAFE Act federal and state-specific licensing exams
What to Expect After Licensing:
Upon completion of training and receipt of licensing, you are eligible for promotion to a customer facing Loan Officer role with a competitive base salary & commission potential.
After 90 days in our training program, you will be prepared and required to take the federal and state licensing exams. When you receive your licensing, you progress from the training program to a customer focused inside Loan Officer position in our call center. In this position, you will sell loans directly to consumers and be eligible for a competitive commission package.
 Complete high volume in-bound and out-bound sales calls through marketing campaigns and pre-generated leads
 Qualify provided leads by conducting phone screens with consumers
 Provide high quality service to both internal and external customers by selecting the best product options
 Prepare loan applications and necessary documentation
 Take accountability to resolve problems and meet consumer needs
Qualifications:  Degree is required, BachelorÂs or AssociateÂs degree  Sales experience from any industry is a plus, especially in a high volume call center environment  Must be a sales oriented self-starter with a strong work ethic  Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software a plus- HubSpot, SalesForce, Oracle, SAP, etc. but not necessary  Interest in learning the financial services industry with an emphasis on sales  Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills  Ability to multitask, problem solve and efficiently manage time  Displayed accountability with a strong track record of meeting deadlines and keeping commitments  Ability to contribute enthusiastically to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment  Ability to attain company-sponsored federal and state mortgage loan originator licensing  Values personal excellence, integrity and accountability and demonstrates these qualities in everyday life  Time is money  At Spring EQ we recognize the importance of working with a sense of urgency.
