Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telemarketing Representative to promote and sell our insurance products over the phone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, explaining the benefits of our insurance offerings, and generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
 Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients
 Present and explain the features of various insurance products
 Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
 Schedule appointments for insurance agents
 Follow up on leads and answer any client inquiries
 Maintain a database of contacted clients and update information regularly
 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets
Requirements
 Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (insurance industry experience is a plus)
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
 A clear, professional phone presence
 Basic knowledge of insurance products and services preferred
 Must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace
 Comfortable working with CRM software and making high volumes of calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
