Senior Vice President Finance

Strategic Financial Leadership:
 Lead the enterprise financial planning and analysis function, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, multi-year planning, and performance management.
 Partner with senior leadership across Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
 Provide thought leadership and actionable insights to drive strategic decisions related to capital investments, acquisitions, and operational performance.
 Create insightful and accurate reporting packages for the executive team and board that allow for timely operational and strategic decision making, presenting to the executive team and board as needed .
 Develop and maintain high-impact financial reporting dashboards, KPIs, and analyses to inform decision-making at the executive level.
Operational Finance Excellence:
 Oversee Operations Finance teams, including VP business partners for US and International operations and a Senior Director for software businesses, ensuring financial support and performance management across all business units.
 Drive efficient, timely and effective financial planning, business performance management, and decision support at the operational level.
 Partner closely with the Chief Accounting Officer and accounting team on matters impacting FP&A such as revenue recognition and real estate planning.
 Work closely with business leaders to establish financial accountability and deliver actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis:
 Oversee Corporate FP&A, including forecasting processes, board reporting, and sponsor requests.
 Ensure the effective use and continuous improvement of financial tools, including Adaptive Planning, to streamline planning and reporting processes.
 Lead the preparation of financial presentations for monthly, quarterly, and annual board and sponsor meetings.
Procurement Leadership:
 Provide strategic oversight to the three-person procurement function, including prioritization, cost optimization, vendor management, and process improvement initiatives.
 Partner with the Director of Procurement to ensure alignment between procurement strategies and broader financial and business leader goals.
Team Leadership & Development:
 Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple functions and geographies.
 Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the finance organization.
 Recruit, hire, and develop talent to ensure the team can meet evolving business needs.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
 Serve as a key financial partner to the senior leadership team, providing strategic support and actionable insights to enable informed decision-making.
 Support the CFO on strategic initiatives, including capital allocation, M&A, and external stakeholder communications.
 Partner closely with finance-team peers on analysis and decision-making on matters such as commercial deals, financing decisions, real estate investments, etc.
 Support external communications with banks, rating agencies, and investors as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Years of Experience:
 BachelorÂs Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
 12Â15 years of experience in corporate finance or FP&A leadership roles, with recent experience managing complex teams.
 Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts, with the ability to connect financial strategy to business operations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 Proven ability to lead strategic financial planning, operational performance management, and procurement functions.
 Exceptional analytical skills with a strong understanding of financial data and its implications for business strategy.
 Experience managing and implementing financial planning tools and systems, such as Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
 Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
 Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence senior leadership.
 Industry experience in software, distributed business services, or recurring revenue models is highly preferred.
 Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
 Experience in the software industry, including familiarity with SaaS or technology-driven business models, is a plus.
