Support Engineer - Digital Banking

Description:

• This role ensures reliability, availability, and performance of digital banking systems.
• Support Engineer collaborates with support and technical teams to drive system efficiency.

Requirements: • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 3+ years of experience in engineering, production support, system administration, or related rolesrequired • Strong understanding of SRE principles and practices • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (i.e., New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) • Proficiency in scripting languages (i.e., Python, Bash) • Familiarity with cloud platforms (i.e., AWS is preferred) • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (i.e., Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience with configuration management tools (i.e., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) • Experience with incident management tools (i.e., PagerDuty, OpsGenie) • Knowledge of database management and tuning (i.e., SQL, NoSQL)
