Compensation:
$45,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:  Nurture relationships with potential customers that respond in our company Facebook group, email account, texting platform, and call management software  Quickly contact and follow up with potential customers via phone, text, email, and Facebook Messenger that schedule directly onto your calendar  Quickly contact and follow up with potential customers via phone, text, email, and Facebook Messenger who opt-in through our paid ads, social media marketing, and website  Qualify potential customers with a 15-minute phone call and set an appointment with a business consultant  Submit detailed applications for each new call booked  Follow up with potential customers that a call has been scheduled to ensure they attend the consultation  Follow up with qualified leads to generate new sales calls for the company  End of the day submit your sales metrics  Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets  Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities  Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments  Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
Qualifications:  Preferred 1-2 years of experience in sales  Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software  Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms  Strong verbal and written communication skills  Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients  Strong problem-solving skills  Strong time management and organizational skills  Ability to work independently and as part of a team  Flexibility and adaptability to change  A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
