 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., customer service, technical support, sales engineering)
 Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
 Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
 Passion for helping customers succeed and a desire to learn and grow
 Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is a plus
