We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
Position Overview
The Ideal Candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. As a State Farm Agent team member, you will engage in soliciting new customers with the intent to sell them State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities
 Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to perform insurance risk management with customers
 Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
 Communicating with customers, making 50  200 outbound calls to potential customers per day, and following up on leads
 Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
 Build a strong referral network

Average Compensation Range: Base Pay + Uncapped Commission
$55,000 - $75,000+
Requirements
 Sales experience (inside sales) required
 Property and Casualty License / Personal Lines License required
 State Farm experience preferred
 Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
 Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) with a strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
 Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
 Ability to work in a team environment
 Ability to multi-task
 Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday-Friday
 Detailed Background Check required
