Responsibilities

· Answer incoming phone calls with a positive and friendly attitude, accurately taking messages and helping customers.

· Communicate billing information to customers, process payments, handle policy changes, and update account and policy details independently.

· Utilize various communication channels (email, phone, chat) to interact with State Farm support departments, ensuring timely relay of information and updates to customers.

· Accurately document all customer interactions, including calls, emails, and text exchanges, using a customer relationship management software.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
• Previous State Farm experience 1+ year
• Competence in State Farm Application (ECRM, SF Connect, NECHO, SFPP)
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license in Oregon
• People oriented
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Able to learn computer functions

Pay: $25.00 per hour starting
