What We Do
This positionÂs primary responsibility is to perform a detailed review and analysis of mortgage loan documents and system data to validate worthiness of residential loan warehouse financing advance via wire funds on individual loans within company mandated timeframes.
What You'll Do
 Use proprietary tools to perform comparative audit of loan data supplied by mortgage originator and decision on whether to accept or decline to advance loan file to wire funding team for warehouse advance funding processing.Â
 Responsible for all actions and communications regarding loans in pipeline.
 Daily interaction with Senior Management regarding pipeline and reporting results.
 System process training for mortgage lender customers.
 Funding Assistant Key Functions as needed:
 Audit funding packages received from Fulfillment companies for completeness and accuracy
 Prepare and transmit wire advance requests to banking sources by wire deadlines
 Monitor banking sources for wire confirmations; resolve wire request stipulations
 Daily coordination and communication with Fulfillment companies and Lenders
 Prepare and transmit supplemental funding advance wires
 Process return wire requests
 Obtain purchase advices from Fulfillment companies and Lenders in a timely manner
 Reconcile loans in pipeline once wire and purchase advice is received; resolve any issues
 Telephone customer service support
 Administration Assistant Key Functions as needed:
 Provide general administrative, scheduling, vender management and general operational support to Director of Operations and, Director of Sales and Marketing and/or President/CEO including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Management of select vendors and supply chains necessary for regular operations, Coordination and reporting relating to customer-related contract agreements, Production and distribution of customer-related and other printed materials internally and externally, Travel schedule coordination, Customer account contact information maintenance, Customer performance report production using existing and/or proprietary software, Customer account audit
What You'll Bring
 Two years experience in loan processing, closing, funding or post-closing of residential mortgage loans
 Demonstrated time management skills and ability to perform tasks under deadlines
 Overall understanding of Mortgage Loan Life Cycle process and mortgage loan documents
 Extreme attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Superior organizational skills
 Sound independent judgment
 Customer service skills
 Proficient in all MS Office applications
Salary Range: $22.80 - $30.38 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
